The animal technician will be a key member of the team charged with supporting all animal-based studies at Kallyope. Candidates do not need to have prior laboratory experience but need to have performed well in school, especially in science classes. A strong desire to learn and a passion for hard work are a must. Successful candidates must be able to work effectively both in a collaborative setting and independently and possess written, visual, and oral communications skills.
- Handle animal models (mouse and rat)
- Perform injections
- Compile results into comprehensive reports
